Step 1: The Discovery Audit & Strategy Session - We start with a deep dive into your current digital footprint. Absolutely. That is exactly what my Reformatting Service is for. We don't always need to tear it down; sometimes we just need to optimize the navigation, update the color strategy, and make it mobile-friendly.

"Do I have to provide all the photos and text?"

You provide the raw ingredients (your story and basic photos), and I provide the outline. I can assist with copywriting and sourcing high-quality, on-brand stock imagery that doesn't look artificial or like stock.

"How do we communicate during the project?"

I prioritize clear communication. We will use a spreadsheet, and a dedicated document where you can see deadlines, files, and progress in real-time. No more digging through messy email chains. We will also have a dedicated Delivery Order per project piece. This is similar to an invoice. It will detail the milestone or hourly retainer we are working under and the project expectations!

"Is there a long-term contract?"

Web projects are one-time fees or retainer/maintenance long-term contracts. For Social Media management, I work on a month-to-month basis after an initial 3-month "Stability Period." Social Media Contract lengths vary based on your preference after the initial 3-month period, month-month is the standard, but there are extended contracts available. I want you to stay because you see results, not because a contract says you have to. Total Presence Management Contracts are on a quarterly/3-month basis. They last longer due to the size of their overhaul and overall workload. They have an initial 6 month extended starting period to allow you time to introduce me to what you want to do with your business and your plan overall with online. Then we will start implementing website strategies, and once I have captured your brand voice social media strategies as well.
